This software is provided as-is, without any express or
implied warranty. In no event will Fractalsmith Games be held
liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

LICENSE AGREEMENT
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Fractalsmith Games and its
constituents from any and all liability, losses, costs and expenses
or damages howsoever arising from any use of, or reliance on this
software.

You are granted permission to use this software. You may copy or
distribute the demo version, as long as you include the
installation files. You may not modify the software in any way.
You may not modify the installation files in any way.

In this document, features of the demo software shall be referred to as
DEMO FEATURES. Features only available in the registered version
of the software shall be referred to as REGISTERED FEATURES.

In order to enable the REGISTERED FEATURES, you must purchase
a license for the registered version of this software from Fractalsmith
Games.

The license fee may vary. Fractalsmith Games reserves the right
to change the license fee at any time and without warning.

The license fee is non-refundable.

Any license purchased applies to only one computer. In order for you
to use the software with REGISTERED FEATURES on multiple computers,
you must purchase one license for each computer that uses the
registered version of the software.

Fractalsmith Games makes no guarantee as to which of the features of
the software are DEMO FEATURES and which features of the
software are REGISTERED FEATURES. Fractalsmith Games
reserves the right to change at any time and without warning which
features are DEMO FEATURES and which features are
REGISTERED FEATURES.

Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, publication, transmission,
transfer, sale, distribution, performance, display, or exploitation in
any form of this product, whether in whole or in part, without the express
written permission of Fractalsmith Games, is strictly prohibited.
